Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
By entering, participants confirm that they meet the following eligibility criteria (as specified in the application form). The complimentary brand audit is open to small business owners located in Ottawa and the surrounding area who submit their application before the deadline of June 11, 2025 and meet the following criteria:
- Employ fewer than 10 people.
- Generated annual revenue of less than $1 million.
- Have an established business operating for 1–5 years.
Usage of Information
By applying, participants grant The Brand Marketer the right to use their name, business name, and any provided content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements, case studies, testimonials, and social media posts.
Recipient Announcement
The recipient of the complimentary brand audit agrees to have their name and business publicly announced across The Brand Marketer’s platforms, including websites and social media channels.
Case Studies and Content
Participants acknowledge that The Brand Marketer retains the right to use any results, insights, or success stories from the complimentary service for case studies, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
No Transfer or Substitution
Once awarded, the complimentary brand audit cannot be transferred, substituted to another business.
Agreement to Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Recipient Brand Audit
Personalized Audit
The recipient will receive a complimentary, customized brand audit and action plan tailored to their specific business needs. This includes valuable insights and strategies designed to enhance their operations, elevate brand presence, and drive meaningful improvements. The audit will be completed within 6-8 weeks, with deliverables provided weekly, contingent upon the recipient adhering to the established deadline schedule.
Increased Awareness
As the selected recipient, the business will benefit from increased visibility through public announcements and promotional activities across The Brand Marketer’s platforms, enabling them to reach a broader audience.
Showcased Success Story
The recipient’s business will be highlighted as a success story, featured in case studies and testimonials. This recognition not only promotes the business but also enhances its credibility and reputation.
Professional Collaboration
The recipient will gain access to industry expertise and benefit from strategic insights that align with their business objectives.
